Raising your energy level for the task

Energy is important in every aspect of life from the things we think, say, and feel, to the way we act and respond to events in our lives. That is why it is important to acquire the skill of being able to increase your energy level with words, movements, or activities. Take for example when a fighter is getting into a ring they bounce up and down, throws some punches and, shuffles their feet. This is done to put them in the right mind set to win. With this in mind what are you doing to get ready to win. I personally use the motion of jumping rope. For me this gets me to a 10 mentally. At a 10 I feel invincible and I try to live my life at a 10 everyday.
